Refund Policy

This policy applies to payments made towards a Jingle Loans account, including direct debits, bank transfers and payments made through a card payment link.

When a refund may be available

If you believe a payment was taken incorrectly, made twice, was not authorised, or exceeded the amount owing on your loan, please contact us. We will review your account and payment records and let you know the outcome.

Where a payment was taken in error or you have paid more than you owe, we will correct your loan account and refund any amount that should be returned to you.

A payment correctly made towards an amount owing under your loan contract will generally remain applied to your loan. If you have concerns about a payment, we will still review them.

How refunds are paid

We will normally return an approved refund to the account or card used to make the payment. If that is not possible, we may ask you for further information to arrange a secure alternative.

We aim to process approved refunds within 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Contact us

To ask us to review a payment, email hello@jingle.com.au or call 1300 654 230. Please include your loan reference number, the payment date and amount, and a brief explanation of the issue. Please do not email us your full card details.

If you are unhappy with the outcome, you can ask us to review it as a complaint under our complaints process.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under Australian law.
