We offer personal loans from $500 to $10,000, depending on your eligibility and affordability assessment.

Yes, many customers receive a lending decision on the same day they apply. Jingle uses smart technology and human assessment to review applications quickly and efficiently, helping eligible customers access fast online personal loans when they need them most.

If your application is approved and all required information has been provided, funds may be sent on the same day. However, processing times can vary depending on your bank, the time of application and your individual circumstances.

While we aim to provide a fast and convenient experience, same day approval and funding cannot be guaranteed and all applications are subject to our lending criteria and responsible lending assessment.

If approved and your contract is accepted during business hours, funds may be sent within 60 minutes to PayID-enabled banks. Otherwise, funds are typically received within 1–2 business days.

To apply for a personal loan with Jingle, you must:

• Be 21 years or older
• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Be employed full-time or permanent part-time for at least 3 months
• Receive regular income into an Australian bank account
• Provide at least 90 days of bank statements
• Not rely primarily on government benefits as your main source of income

As part of our responsible lending obligations, we verify your income, expenses and existing commitments to ensure the loan is suitable and affordable.

Unlike some lenders that rely heavily on credit scores, Jingle uses smart technology and real human assessment to build a more complete picture of your financial situation. We review factors such as your income, expenses, banking activity, existing commitments and credit information to determine whether a loan is suitable and affordable.

Our technology helps speed up the assessment process, with many customers receiving a decision the same day they apply. Every application is assessed individually and approval is subject to our lending criteria and responsible lending obligations.

Applicants must have stable, ongoing employment income.

Income that is temporary, conditional, or subject to review (including certain compensation payments) may not meet our eligibility criteria.

Yes, you can still apply. We assess every application individually — not just your credit score.

However, approval depends on your overall financial situation, including income, expenses, existing commitments and repayment history.

If you’re currently experiencing financial hardship or have multiple active short-term loans, the loan may not be suitable.

Submitting an application may result in a credit enquiry being recorded. Multiple enquiries in a short period can impact your credit score.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve it quickly.

If your complaint relates to hardship or enforcement, you will receive a written response within 21 days. For all other complaints, you will receive a final written response within 30 days, in line with ASIC Regulatory Guide 271 (Internal Dispute Resolution).
