Financial Abuse and Hardship Support

How we will support anyone experiencing economic or financial abuse and has a loan with Jingle Loans.

Financial Abuse and Hardship Support

At Jingle, we are committed to showing up for people who need us most with compassion, responsibility, and a commitment to doing things differently.

If there is a Jingle Loan in your name and you are experiencing financial hardship due to financial or economic abuse, coercive control, or circumstances that relate to a current or past family, carer, or partner relationship or your living situation, we are here to help.

Signs of financial abuse

The Australian Government Attorney General’s Department provides information in a variety of languages spoken in Australia that explains what financial abuse and coercive control can look like.

These resources include case studies and examples to help you understand the signs.
