Jingle offer personal loans from $500 to $10,000.

Q: Are your loans secured or unsecured?

Loans up to $4000 are unsecured. Loans over $4000 require security.

Q: Do repayments match my pay cycle?

Yes. Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly - whatever lines up with your income. Repayments are direct debited from your bank account.

Q: How fast is approval?

Most loan applications are reviewed within the same business day². If your application is approved and your bank supports PayID and the New Payments Platform (NPP), funds may be available in your account within 60 minutes¹ after final approval.

Q: What are the fees and costs?

Q: Do you lend to people on Centrelink?

Yes, as long as Centrelink isn’t your primary income source.

Q: Can I apply if I’ve been bankrupt?

Not right now. We don’t lend to customers who are bankrupt or have been discharged in the last 12 months (for SACC or MACC loans) or 24 months (for LACC loans). Once you’re past that window, we’d be happy to reassess.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve it quickly.

If your complaint relates to hardship or enforcement, you will receive a written response within 21 days. For all other complaints, you will receive a final written response within 30 days, in line with ASIC Regulatory Guide 271 (Internal Dispute Resolution).
